Designed to “create length before strength,” Extension Training is designed to lengthen shortened muscles, strengthen weak muscles, & create space around joints. Have more fun, feel better, & recover faster! Pre-requisite: Participants must have completed a Fitness Assessment and (1) one-to-one session with a PFS Trainer
